About Doug Snell, Owner of Getting the Big Picture, llc

Doug Snell, the Career Focus Coach and owner of Getting The Big Picture, LLC, has three decades of professional experience as both a manager and an individual contributor.  Doug has had the pleasure and privilege of mentoring and coaching early and mid-career professionals throughout his career and enjoys seeing others grow and follow a career path that leads to their enjoyment and success.
